Battle of the Highlighters- Annabelle VS Milani VS Physicians Formula VS Wet n Wild
Drugstore Highlighter Showdown
Does this sound familiar? You walk into the drugstore to get say soap but you of course have to browse the makeup aisle just to "see what they have". Ten minutes later, when you make it to the cash, you realize uh oh I bought yet more stuff that I don't need. Or in my case recently, oh how did I end up buying 5 highlighters that all kinda look the same?? Hmmm Hi my name is Joanna and I'm a makeup addict. Do I want to change? Hmm doubtful.
The highlighter craze is not going anywhere any time soon and I personally have an intense love affair going on right now. So whenever I get my hands on new ones to try or ones that are almost impossible to find here in Canada, well how can a girl say no? (the answer is, she can't) But unlike myself, who feels the need to own an insane amount of the same product, I realize that there are a lot of people out there who might want to know which one is really the top choice. It can be overwhelming with all that's out there so I thought I'd test out a few drugstore highlighters to let you know my thoughts so you can decide for yourself which ones you'd like to get your hands on. FYI I give you permission to get all of these if you want. It'll be our little secret.
So now that I basically justified my growing, abundant highlighter collection maybe I should actually get on to the reason why you're here....highlighters!
I'll be comparing 4 different brands, all drugstore, all around $10 or under. All of these are hits in my book so I'll just be comparing formula and whether they're an intense highlight or a more subtle natural one. But honestly, I was super impressed with all of these and so glad that I have them in my collection.
